Our North Zone team in India recently conducted a technical awareness and hands-on training session for a leading crane OEM and its end users, bringing together participants operating various types of cranes from across India. The initiative focused on building awareness of steel wire ropes and their application in typical crane operations.
The sessions covered standard practices for steel wire rope handling, storage, maintenance, lubrication, inspection, and discard criteria, while also emphasizing operational safety and common causes of wear, with real-time query resolution. All participants actively engaged in discussions, with queries addressed throughout the sessions.
The initiative received a highly positive response from the audience, and we look forward to undertaking many more such knowledge-sharing programs in the days ahead.
