Kailash gate bridge also known as Janki Setu bridge, located at Rishikesh, is the first three-lane bridge in Uttarakhand. Usha Martin is proud to be associated with this remarkable project. The semi-vehicular, pedestrian suspension bridge has been installed with spiral strand cables, which were manufactured and supplied by Usha Martin.
Janki Setu is the third suspension bridge at Rishikesh, built on the river Ganga after Lakshman Jhula and Ram Jhula. The bridge has a total length of 346 meters, with a span of 274 meters. The suspension bridge adds enormous value to the local community of Rishikesh. The bridge was inaugurated by hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttrakhand, Shree Trivendra Singh Rawat on 20th Nov, 2020.
