Empowering Specially Abled Individuals Through Digital Skills and Sustainable Livelihoods

Usha Martin

Usha Martin Foundation recently conducted a three-month Computer Training Program to promote digital literacy and livelihood development among specially abled individuals from rural communities near Ranchi. The certificate distribution ceremony was graced by Mr. Gautam Kumar Rajwar, Inspector, Angara Block. The event was also attended by Agadhbodh Foundation, the program's collaborating agency.

Beyond building essential digital skills, the initiative has already begun creating meaningful impact, with several participants establishing Common Service Centres (CSCs) in their villages, enabling them to earn livelihoods while serving their local communities.

At Usha Martin, we believe that inclusive growth is built by equipping individuals with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive. Initiatives like these reflect our continued commitment to advancing dignity, empowerment, and sustainable community development.

Through our CSR initiatives, we remain committed to creating opportunities that empower individuals with the skills, confidence, and independence to build a better future.
