Our CSR arm, Usha Martin Foundation successfully organised a four-month training program in sewing and handicrafts. The initiative aimed to help individuals from economically weaker sections and persons with disabilities learn useful skills and build better livelihood opportunities.
The program concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony, where 27 participants received their certificates. The event was attended by Dr. S.P. Aggarwal, Vice-Chancellor of Sainath University, as the Chief Guest. He encouraged participants to use their skills for themselves and also support others in their community.
Dr. Mayank Murari spoke about the Foundation’s focus on supporting people at the grassroots level. He emphasized that with the right skills and dedication, individuals can build a life with dignity and self-respect. Participants were encouraged to continue their efforts and create better opportunities for themselves and their families.
The event saw active participation from members of Usha Martin Foundation along with Yuva Jagriti Sangh, who played an important role in organising the program successfully.
