CII Jharkhand Tribal Development Meet has over the years grown into one of the leading welfare & developmental forum of the state. India has one of the largest tribal populations in the world. It is necessary to make the tribal communities real stakeholders in the development process. The 5th Jharkhand Tribal Development Meet was recently conducted by CII at Ranchi. It emphasised on enhancing the quality of life of tribal communities and creating new opportunities leading to their sustainable development.
On this special occasion, the Head of CSR - Usha Martin Limited, Dr. Mayank Murari also delivered a speech and highlighted the challenges and opportunities for the economic development of the Tribal Society. He also discussed how our CSR wing, i.e., Usha Martin Foundation, constantly adds significant value through sustainable measures and extends its continuous support towards rural development. We want to thank Shri Banna Gupta, Hon'ble Health Minister, Government of Jharkhand, for underlining the quality of life of tribal communities and creating a path for them to come into the mainstream of development.
