Our Nylon Coated wires for stationery products are used for a wide range of applications, the most common among those being Spirals & WIRO for binding application for books, diaries, calendars, dossiers etc. and nylon coated paper clip. The product is branded as "NYLOGRIP".

These bi-conical bobbins enables our customers to pay off the wires vertically without rotating the bobbins and higher wire weight per bobbin ensures a longer run and reduces machine downtime for our esteemed customers.
Excellent adhesion properties of Nylon on steel prevents rupture of coating even at acute bends.

Low Frictional Resistance
NYLOGRIP offers the lowest resistnace to friction compared to other common types of coating. The low frictional resistance allows higher forming speed and facilitates higher productivity for binding machines.
Packaging
Spools with conical steel flanges and card-board belly, wrapped with strech film, protected with cardboard cover and strapped on wooden pallet.
The flanges can be eassily dismantled from belly after paying off wire and are returnable.
