| Mr. Prashant Jhawar, Chairman, is a commerce graduate, and has been closely associated with the company since its inception. He has industrial experience of more than 20 years. Under his leadership, the Usha Martin Group had successfully diversified in the areas of telecom and software. Mr. Jhawar has studied Management Development courses at the Wharton Business School. He was a member of the CII, Eastern Region Council, the Chairman of CII International Trade Sub-Committee and was a Member of the Eastern Region Advisory Committee of IDBI. |

Mr. B.K Jhawar – Chairman Emeritus
|
| Mr. B.K Jhawar, Chairman Emeritus, is a commerce graduate and the founder of the Usha Martin Group. He has founded and spearheaded several successful industrial enterprises of the Group in India and abroad. Mr. Jhawar was on the Board of Trustees of UTI as a nominee of IDBI for eight years and was on the Board of ICICI for about six years. Mr. Jhawar is actively involved in social development activities and has promoted a highly successful NGO, 'Krishi Gram Vikas Kendra' and Agriculture and Rural Development Centre for the economic and social upliftment of tribals in the State of Jharkhand and he is its President. |

Mr. Brij K Jhawar – Director

| Mr.Brij K Jhawar, Director, is a science graduate and one of the founders of the Usha Martin Group. He did his Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and was granted Diploma of Fellowship of The Institution of Engineers (India) in the year 1987 for his outstanding contribution to the progress and advancement of the mechanical engineering fraternity. He is a great believer in human values and human resources development. He is very conscious of industries' social obligations and is actively involved with Krishi Gram Vikas Kendra as its Vice President. |

Mr. N.J.Jhaveri – Director
|
| Mr. N. J. Jhaveri, Director, holds Masters Degrees in Economics from Gujarat University and also from the London School of Economics. Mr. Jhaveri started his career as a teacher of Economics in Ahmedabad and then after a brief stint with NCAER, he joined the RBI. He then moved of ICICI in 1974 as Chief Economist and rose to the position of Joint Managing Director of ICICI before becoming the Executive Chairman of I-Sec in 1993. Presently, he is on the Board of Directors of several companies and also serves as the Chairman of the IMC Economic Research and Training Foundation. |

Mr. A.K. Chaudhuri – Director

| Mr. A. K. Chaudhri, Director, holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering with distinction from Delhi University in 1959. He joined the Department of Telecommunication in 1960 and held various assignments till his retirement in 1995 as Chairman and Managing Director of Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited, New Delhi. He was the Co Chairman of Telecom Committee of FICCI for two years. |

Mr. Ashok Basu – Director

| Mr. Ashok Basu, Director first class first in Bachelor of Arts Exam (Honours in Economics) Presidency College, University of Calcutta in the year 1962. He was member of Administrative Service during the period 1965 – 2002. He pioneered reform, restructuring and modernization of India’s iron and steel industry and the electricity sector as Secretary, Ministry of Steel and Secretary, Minister of Power. He was also the Chairman of Central Electricity Regulatory Commission during 2002-2007, Chairman, South Asian Forum for Infrastructure Regulation, Advisor, Planning Commission of India and was on the Boards of several Central Public Sector Enterprises as Government Nominee Director. |

Mr. Salil Singhal – Director
|
Mr. Salil Singhal, Director, is an industrialist and is associated with his family business since 1965. He was the Chairman of Crop Care Foundation (erstwhile Pesticides Association of India) for 17 years and was subsequently elected as Chairman Emeritus for life by the members of the Foundation. Mr. Singhal was also a member of the Executive Committee of the Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry [FICCI] and the Chairman of Environment Committee of FICCI for 5 years. He was also the past Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Northern Region. He is presently the Chairman of the National Council of SMEs of CII and is a member of National Council of CII.

Ms. Ramni Nirula – Director

Ms. Ramni Nirula, Director,holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Delhi University. She is the Senior General Manager of ICICI Bank Limited. She has more than three decades of experience in the financial sector, beginning her career with the erstwhile ICICI Limited in 1976 in the project appraisal division. Since then she has held various leadership positions in areas of Project Financing, Strategy, Planning & Resources and Corporate Banking. She also held key position as Managing Director & CEO of ICICI Securities Limited, the investment banking arm of ICICI Bank Limited. She was part of the top-level task force, which has successfully planned and implemented ICICI Bank's entry in the Rural Banking, Micro finance & Agriculture Business group identified by the Bank as a key thrust area. She headed the Corporate Banking Group for ICICI Bank and subsequently assumed responsibility for the Government Banking Group and Corporate Agri Group based out of New Delhi.

Mr. G N Bajpai – Director

| Mr. G N Bajpai, Director, holds a Master's Degree in Commerce from the University of Agra and a Degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Indore. He was the former Chairman of Securities and Exchange Board of India, Life Insurance Corporation of India and Corporate Governance Task Force of International Organization of Securities Commission of the Insurance Institute of India, a counterpart of Chartered Insurance Institute, UK. He was also on the Governing Board of Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and also has been a visiting faculty at leading Institutes of Management and Training. He has served/serves as non Executive Chairman and a Director on corporate boards in India and other countries |

Mr. Nripendra Misra – Director

| Mr. Nripendra Misra, Director, is a retired IAS Officer of 1967 batch and has served in various administrative field positions and was the Special Secretary of Finance of Uttar Pradesh. He has been the Chairman of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and was the former Secretary of the Department of Telecom (DOT). During 1985 to 1988, he was Minister (Economics) Embassy of India , Washington DC, USA. He is the author of number of publications and has been associated with community building activities through NGO. |

| Mr. Rajeev Jhawar, Managing Director, is a Commerce Graduate. He has been associated with the Group for more than a decade and brings with him rich experience in the administration of industrial enterprises. Mr. Jhawar also underwent Management Development Course at London Businesses School. |

| Dr. P. Bhattacharya, Jt. Managing Director,joined the Usha Martin Group in 1998. He did his M. Tech. in Design Engineering and Ph. D in Solid Mechanics from IIT, New Delhi. He has over 37 years of experience of managing large industrial enterprises. Before joining the group, he worked as General Manager (Marketing) of National Aluminum Company, was Chief Executive of Exports of Indal and Chief Operating Officer of Essar Steel. He is a Committee Member of Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry. |

| Dr. Vijay Sharma, Executive Director & Chief Executive (Steel Business) , is a Metallurgical Engineer from IIT, Kharagpur and completed his MS in Materials Engineering from R P I New York, USA. He also did his MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and Ph.D from Anna University, Chennai. Dr. Sharma is a practicing Metallurgist in the field of Special Steels and Long Products and has extensive experience for Project Management as well as Plant Operation. |
